Grey Structure & RCC
The grey structure decides everything that follows. A column out of plumb or under-tied steel cannot be fixed later with paint and marble, so this is the stage we supervise most closely.
We execute shuttering, steel fixing, RCC pouring and curing to approved structural drawings, with material testing and engineer sign-off at every slab.
Labour Rate or With Material?
We quote both ways. You receive a detailed BOQ so every bag of cement and kilo of steel is accounted for.
